<p>Female Vietnamese :). Come from prestigious high school. I'm planning to ED Dartmouth. I'm also looking at Hamilton, Bryn Mawr, MoHo, Vassar, Brigham Young Uni (the one in Provo - safety), Carroll Uni (safety), Mercyhurst (safety), Macalester, maybe also Colgate.</p>

<p>What do you think ? Are there any more schools I should look at (I need aid. a lot)? I also need advice on safe schools...Thank you.</p>

<p>Academic: around 8.6 – 8.7/10 all high school years
SAT I: 2130 --- CR 700, Math 760, Writing 670. Will retake this Nov.
SAT II: haven’t taken yet but expect >750 on Math 1,2. I will also take US Hist but I only aim for >650 (I know it’s quite low compared with US applicants, but as I’m an international, is it ok ?)</p>

<li><p>Founder of a People to people international student chapter. We organize sessions for school kids to raise awareness about traditional arts 12</p></li>
<li><p>Head of Translation group of this organization I volunteer in</p></li>
<li><p>Volunteer at orphanages in the summer 9 10 11 12 (taking care of and tutoring the kids)</p></li>

<p>Yeah I’ll retake this Nov, expect ~2200 superscore. But I won’t be able to submit the new scores for ED. Should I wait to apply ED2 to submit all the scores?</p>

<p>Seems a tad low, but it can be compensated by your class rank (if you have one).</p>

<p>Your SAT I and IIs are crucial. Focus hard on them.</p>

<p>You should look into Wellesley and Barnard as you’re female. They also give out a lot of aid to internationals.</p>

take the sat II in october and the sat I in nov as you said.
