Chance me? (international student)

<p>Hi I am an international student (Korean) and I lived in the states for 4 years
will being an international student make any difference?
anyways, heres my stat</p>

<p>SAT : 580 reading 770 math 680 writing (And I heard a lot of colleges don't look at the writing score)
SAT 2 : 780 math 2c, 640 Chem,700 math 1(I dont know why I took this since I took math2c),
Toefl : 112
GPA 4.04/4 (our school doesn't rank)
4 APs,
EC (which is my weakness) : Math league 3 years, soccer 1 yr, choir 1 yr, chess club 1yr, National Honors Society
Awards: Math award, Science award, </p>
