Chance me! (International)

I'm a senior, and male. I'm going to be applying for the international application.

State: Washington (lived here for 10+ years, spent all primary and secondary education here, just on an F2 visa)
GPA: 3.923
SAT: 1620 (CR: 520, Math: 610, Writing: 490)

Extracurricular: Church Nursery (1 year, 90 hours), Robotics Club (3 years), Taekwondo (martial arts, 9 years), Shadow Lake Nature Preserve (community service on environmental sustainability and recovery, 2 years, about 180 accumulated hours), Music Club (3 years)

Keep in mind, for UW, they ask for the significance of an extracurricular activity. I know that Music Club is not that great and I was only in it for 3 years, but the significance behind it is great.

5 AP Classes total (including this year): AP Language and Composition, AP Physics B, AP Chemistry, AP Environmental Science, AP Psychology. Also, I am doing the College in the High School program at my school for English 131/111 called College English. Also took honors Chemistry in 10th.

Both essays are unique and peer editors have said that they are intriguing and better than the standard.

I realize that my SAT score is going to cripple my chances, but since I am applying as International, will it be remedied a bit? Also, I've been hearing that out of state and international/transfer students have a better chance due to the fact that their tuition cost about 3x more and that UW needs more $$$? I know that the UW really emphasizes the importance of the personal statement section and I believe that mine is very strong. I would like to know my % chance if possible. Thank you in advance!!

International is fairly competitive, so yeah your SAT might bring you down. However, you have good EC’s and a really good GPA.

You still have a chance, I’m just surprised that after 10 years you aren’t naturalized or at least holding a green card. Then again, I have no idea what your circumstances are.
