chance me back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1691955-what-are-my-chances-top-tiers-west-and-east.html

I agree completely with the previous poster, except I would say Duke, JHU, Northwestern, Tufts, Vanderbilt, WUSTL are all actually reaches. They’re reaches for everyone and are on par with the Ivies. None of them could ever be matches for anyone. UT Austin is also a little harder than the previous post’s chance seems to indicate. This isn’t a reflection on your ability, which is rather amazing, but the schools are simply that hard for everyone.

Good luck!

Honestly, I believe you have the capability to gain admission into all of those schools.
I am not too sure on Case Western Reserve, I’ll have to research that one up, but you seem to be a solid applicant.
Though all the Ivy Leagues, I would definitely consider High Reach.

I know someone with stats not as good as yours that got a full ride (merit-based) to Case Western. There’s actually an interesting story about our valedictorian last year who didn’t get in, and when he called to ask why, they said it’s cause he didn’t visit (our school is less than an hour away from Case). Apparently he did visit, and once that was cleared up he got in with a great scholarship haha.

Looking for people to chance me too! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1692037-please-chance-me-und-usc-emory-nyu.html#latest

Bump

You have too many reaches. Are you an international student? If so, for some of those the acceptance rate is less than 10%…maybe more like 5%.

Boston U: match
Brown: high reach
Case Western Reserve University: safe
Columbia: mid reach
Dartmouth: high reach
Duke: mid reach
