You have a strong application! Good job, keep it up.

One of the main things that you could work on, if you are interested, is to get at least one leadership position. That would make you a lot stronger.

Other than that, good job.

Yale-MODERATE REACH
Brown-HIGH MATCH
Columbia-SLIGHT REACH
Princeton-MODERATE REACH
Stanford-MODERATE REACH
TCNJ (The College of New Jersey)-MATCH
Macalester-MATCH
WashU-MATCH

Your ethnicities won’t help you as whites and asians are usually the highest qualified candidates anyway. Make sure you find a hook for yourself that reveals your unique personality (if you have one) and like the person said, do something that stands out/be a leader.

You’ll probably get into at least two of your top 5 colleges.

I think for you, everything except Yale, Princeton, and Stanford will be easy to get into. But you’ll get into Yale and Stanford as an alumni. I would be most worried about Princeton if I were you.

Yes, your scores are within range for those schools. Love the chem SAT II score :). Scores are not everything however… Your EC’s don’t stand out much… And your Chinese! Asians have a rep of higher expectations. urgh

Do you have any awards? any passions that you may focus on in your essay?

HYP are a stretch. Others seem to be ok I guess… it’s all about your essays now

chance me too!

Well your EC’s don’t seem to stand out much. Are you amazing in cross country? Piano?
Dedicated towards your volunteering? Make yourself stand out. Your scores are definitely competitive.
