Your gpa and rank seems good, but SAT score is a super reach for any of schools you have mentioned. See if you can write ACT and get 35+. You can apply for the schools with your current scores as is, but don’t expect much. Try test optional. IMO, add all TX bsmd schools to your list. Usually avg bsmd applicant applies to a dozen plus bsmd programs. Not sure if you are considering BSDO route too, in that event add another 4-5 BSDO colleges to your list. Bsmd programs are Getting competitive year by year. Check out Bsmd results forum for acceptances for past years. You will get an ideas on the acceptanced students profile. Good luck.

Yeah, there is heavy competition among Asians many present perfect scores. Once season starts I will advise my daughter in similar lines
