UIUC: low reach
Northeastern, St. Louis, Emory, Cornell: mid-high reach.
UMich: HIGH reach. Don’t bother applying. You will get measly aid.
NYU (Stern/CAS): low reach. Don’t apply if you need lots of money
UCLA: reach
UCI: match

How much can you pay per year?

@paul2752‌ I can probably pay a max of $30K

I don’t think UIUC gives much money for OOS. Also, don’t apply to UMich either.

If you are interested, University of Alabama has a good business program, and based on your stats, you are eligible for about 1/2 tuition merit scholarship, which is about $12,475 per year. Since the COA is around 41k/ year, the remaining cost is around 30k, but it includes 2nd expensive dorm, so it will be less than that
Can you retake SAT? If you have at least 1400 math+CR, you may qualify for full tuition. Then, your actual COA will be around 16k/year.
