I'm a junior at a competitive high school and I'm in the middle of the college search. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what my chances are at the following schools that I'm currently looking at: UCLA, UC Berkeley, McGill, University of British Columbia, Columbia University, NYU, Dartmouth, Amherst, Smith, Tufts (I don't know, my college counselor recommended it along with the other schools on my list).
I will chance back.

GPA: 4.00 unweighted, 4.39 weighted

I just took the SAT on Saturday, but PSAT: 227
SAT II Chem 770, I'm planning on taking the Math II, History, and maybe Physics SAT II

AP classes: APUSH, AP Spanish Lit (I haven't taken the test yet, but I have an A in both and most kids at my school gets 5s, so...)
Senior year courseload: journalism (I'm on the staff of my school's magazine, we have a very strong program and have won both Pacemakers and Gold Crowns), Economics, AP BC Calc, AP Psych, AP Lit, AP Chem

ECs: tennis (3 years going on 4 at my school), badminton for 2 years, track for 1 year
I volunteer at my local library
100 hours of community service
An ongoing science project at my school--I'm doing it with the help of a mentor (it's about gardening and nutrition)
I have several credits from freshman and sophomore year from a field biology class outside of school
I'm currently a reporter on my high school's magazine and will be the editor-in-chief next year.
I teach little kids tennis.
I started my own club which I'm the president of and am helping someone else to start a tutoring club.
I'm applying for a journalism internship this summer and am also going to Costa Rica for four weeks for a volunteer/immersion program.
Letter of rec: I currently have one from my APUSH teacher who thinks I'm great and am going to ask my math teacher.

That's basically it I think. I don't really know much about the college application process or what chance I have; everyone just tells me that I'll be fine.
