Lmu is my top choice,
1500ish sat. Average gpa (3.00-3.40)
Lots of ECs (volunteer work, president on student governments)
Strong essays (passion to attend)

Anyone with advice,?

Anyone? Lol.

What grade are you in? Id say take as much time as you can to improve that SAT score.

Do you take APs? What do you plan on majoring? Have your ECs reflected your intrest towards your major?

12

English, and yes they strongly do.

Anyone else?

Well based on that, Im going to say that you shouldnt keep your hopes up, unless youve improved that SAT score and your reccs and essay are both amazing.

A friend I knew had similar stats, though she applied as a bio major, an didnt get in. But, shes really happy attending her other choice, which was much more cheaper than LMU. Look into other schools that are both safe and affordable, based on your stats.

Well try to give us some more detailed info. Like what kind of ECs and how much time did you spend?

We need your exact GPA, a 3.4 is quite a bit better than 3.0.

How many APs have you taken?

But strictly based on stats you need to boost that GPA and get that 1500 or so to a 1700.
