Chance me, maybe? HumEc @ Cornell

Hey y'all. Long-time lurker here, but the anxiety is starting to kill me and I just needed to post something.
I applied ED to the College of Human Ecology @ Cornell, and I was wondering if you guys could estimate my chances. Please? Be as harsh as you need to be.

SAT I: 1440 (770 CR, 670 M )
SAT II: 730 BIO M, 740 US HIST, 640 MATH II (math is clearly not my strongest subject)
GPA: 3.9 UW (school does crazy 7.0 W GPA, I'm not even going to bother including that)
CLASS RANK: 17/578
AP: World History (5), Psychology (5), US History (5), Biology (5), English Language (5)
SENIOR COURSE-LOAD: AP Physics B, AP English Lit., AP European History, AP Calculus BC, AP Economics, AP US Government, Honors Debate III

ECs:
-President of Speech and Debate Team. Premier Distinction (highest--1500+ points). Qualified for State Tournament 3yrs (Qualified in 4 events Junior Year). Qualified for National Competitions (NFL Nats '11, and NIETOC '12, '13--couldn't go due to lack of funds). UIL Regional Champion in Informative Speaking.
Put in 30+ hours a week during Fall Semester, almost double that Spring Semester.

-Science National Honor Society (Secretary). Design lab experiments for fifth graders at a local, economically disadvantaged elementary school.

-Robotics (Secretary). Built Robots for over 7 tournaments at State level for the past three years. Didn't write too much into this one in the Common App, but I probably spent 15+ hours a week during pre-competition weeks.

ESSAYS: Okay. My Supplemental was really great, I talked about growing up next to the Brasilian favelas and how it has made me want to pursue public service, etc.
RECS: Didn't read, but teachers I asked love me. Counselor's was just a list of activities, the usual.

ETHNICITY: Hispanic
GENDER: Female
STATE: TX

I know my ECs aren't the best (I've dedicated nearly all of my time to Debate) and my SATs are below average, but do y'all think I still have a shot?
Will chance back? didn't realize that was a thing before now :D Reminds me of the old Myspace days...
Happy Thanksgiving!

Bump?
^ I’m a horrible person, I know.

That’s a reach, although it is reachable.

I’d say low reach

I always forget the scales for these (and I think others maybe mistakenly use them, so I get even more confused :P)…what does low reach mean? It’s better than high reach, yeah?
Is does the scale go from safety, to high match, match, low match, to low reach, reach, and high reach, or have I been wrong this entire time and talking out of my ass?

Thanks for the help! :)

it’s safety, low match, match, high match, low reach, reach, and high reach in terms of highest to lowest chances

I knew I had it wrong! Thanks for clarifying that :)

dude dont worry u are HISPANIC I KNOW U WILL GET IN
