Chance me McCombs and BHP

Hi I am an OOS applicant from the midwest. I am interested in McCombs and the BHP at UT Austin. I am just curious what my chances are because I know it is a lot harder from out of state.

Here are my stats:

UW GPA: 3.88/4.0
W GPA: 4.61/4.0
School does not rank
ACT: 33C (34 E, 34 S, 35 M, 28 R)
Math II SAT Subject Test: 800
AP Classes: AP Macro - 5, AP Micro - 5, AP CS A - 4, APUSH - 5, AP CALC BC - 5, AP Spanish Lang - 3
Current classes: Honors Accounting, Multivariable Calc & Linear Algebra, AP Stats, AP Physics C, Reg English

Extracurriculars: DECA (3 years, wrote paper that placed top 10 at state), Key Club (4 years), Girls Coding Club (3 years), Math Team (4 years), worked at a concert venue (2 summers), tutor students in math and science, 2 week service trip focusing on poverty and homelessness, participated in a social entrepreneurship program working with mentors and successful professionals, and a few other activities. I have been actively involved in each activity for 2 years.

Anyways, let me know what you think!

UT-Austin reserves 90% of acceptances for Texas residents, so being OOS is going to be much more competitive. That being said, your stats are competitive. You have a shot, but it’s going to be a reach.

Your chances for McCombs admission, in my opinion based on stats look good!!
BHP - really not sure what are all the metrics used? Know people who did not get in with top GPA & SAT etc. Know one student (TX resident though!) who went to a top school in country - pure academic candidate really No significant EC - got in to McCombs but did not get in to BHP! He was one of the very few who got in to BHP after the first year!

I am wondering about chances for McCombs.
