Do you know what your unweighted gpa is? Also… Are you in-state or OOS for the state schools? Without that it’s hard to judge where you stand on the state schools. If you still have time (as in you’re not a senior) I would retake either your SAT or ACT. I would definitely pick one and focus on it. As it stands though…

Brown - High Reach
Cornell - Reach (probably a high reach but who really knows because Cornell can be rather unpredictable in their admissions because they try to follow Ezra Cornell’s vision of a school where “any person can find instruction in any study.”)
Notre Dame - I would say this one really depends on how good your essays are. I think if they feel you “fit” into their school then you have a fighting chance.

Your SAT/ACT is a little low.

ND: Reach
Brown: Reach
Cornell: Reach
UCD: Match
Cal Poly SLO: Match
UWI: Match
WSU: Safety

Thank you both so much for your feedback!
