I am a member of National Spanish Honors Society.

What are my chances for Harvard?

you are competitive.

that’s as good as you can hope for.

what IBs are you taking next year?

Your ECs don’t really jump out at me as fantastic, but there’s not all much you can do about that at this stage of the game. Plus my opinion doesn’t really matter.

Are you good enough at basketball to be recruited?

Also I loled at “white but tan”

ahaha. white but tan.

You have a really good shot, especially if you are serious in your commitment to basketball. If so, you should contact the Harvard coach at soonest convenience so you can have a line of communication. Basketball, Student Council, and strong academics should be enough to carry you as along as you show who you are in your essays.

Everyone who’s qualified (as you seem to be) has a 5-10% chance. Do your best and hope for the best.

I’ll say this to you again amplifiar - this couldn’t be further from the truth. Sure most kids are qualified, but some stand out a lot more than others.
