It is going to be difficult because of that SAT score. Ideally, you should have a 2000+, but the rest of your STATS seem pretty good. so I would say 50/50 chance.
I think you have a really good shot for admission to Undergraduate Studies; however, the issue you are likely to encounter is getting into you preferred first choice major - Computer Science. I agree with the post above that for CS, you likely need a SAT score well in excess of 2000.
I think you have to make a realistic and honest determination of which is more important to you, being admitted to a CS program or attending UT-Austin. The holistic admission process for UT likely will result in you being admitted to Undergraduate Studies, but you are likely a long-shot for a competitive major such as CS. If you are only offered admission Undergraduate Studies (which as I understand it you can only stay in for four semesters) you should research how difficult it would be to then get admission to CS which undoubtedly is a program with high demand and a relatively few available slots.
@fatherof2boys is absolutely correct. CS is one of the most competitive majors at UT, following Engineering. You may actually need 2100+ now that I think, because the GPA does not balance out so well. UGS may be a viable option for you, but still you need a good score for that as well. If I were you, I would change to another major in College of Natural Sciences if that is still allowed, of course depending on the outcome of your application.
But then again, you can never tell. I have a friend who was admitted (in-state) top 30% and 1900 SAT into Engineering, which is much more difficult than CS.
