your EC are awesome…see if u can isolate one in particular where u have a leadership position…admissions committees like to see that.
You UW GPA is a little low for schools like NYU but i guess your rigorous courses are worth it. Given your high SAT score I would say and all other factors:
JMU ???
Virginia Tech match
UVA match
William & Mary (Early Decision w/3.65 weighted GPA) match/ low reach
NYU match/low reach (prefferably higher GPA!!!) apply ED if u decide on it!
Boston College match
UMiami match/low reach
Mary Washington ???

@juriya, make your own chance thread. Don’t hijack other people’s.

NYU: Match
JHU: High Match/ Low Reach
William and Mary: High Match/ Low Reach

Those are the only ones that I am sure of. Your GPA is definitely going to hurt you, but I am sure that you know that.

Debater: I’d say match for JMU, Vtech and match/low reach for the rest. Except for Mary Washington. I’ve never heard of it so I really don’t know :)

Virginia Tech: safety
UVA: low reach
William & Mary (Early Decision w/3.65 weighted GPA): high match
NYU: high match
Boston College: high match
UMiami: match

If I’m not mistaken (I very well may be) isn’t JHU quite competitive? They have like an 18% acceptance rate.
