<p>9th grade - 2.7 GPA(Spanish 9-Accelerated IB , Algebra, Biology Honors, English Honors, Global Honors, Intro to Theatre)</p>

<p>10 - 3.5(Global Honors, Geometry, Intro to Psychology, Spanish 10-Accelerated IB, Geology(earth science), English Honors)</p>

<p>11th & 12th Course Load - IB English IB History of the Americas IB Psych IB Biology IB Physics IB Spanish Trig and Pre-calc (basically full IB Diploma)</p>

<p>Extracurricular : Debate Team , Key Club, OVA ( Olympics of Visual Arts) , Indian classical musician, teach music for free & volunteer at local temple.</p>

<p>(Dealt with MAJOR family issues during 9th grade)</p>

<p>NYU is my dream school. Even if I don't get in there first shot, I'm going to apply as a transfer</p>

<p>I’m no admissions counselor but I know for a fact that no one can evaluate you based solely on your stats. If my opinion matters at all, I think that as of right now, NYU is definitely a reach school. Your GPA is lower than NYU’s average GPA of admitted students. Your class rigor for 9th and 10th grade are also not very impressive. I would keep pushing towards that upward trend and trying to obtain a extra curricular activity that will set you apart from all applicants.</p>
