I’ve been on varsity rowing since sophomore year and rowed novice freshman year. I’ve competed at youth national championships and scholastic nationals championships. My team is highly regarded as the best high school rowing program in the country I spend about 30 hrs a week during the school year both fall and spring so it goes for about 25 weeks a year.
