I am currently in 12th grade. I am an international student
SAT I (Took it this June) : Expected score - Math - 800 (Got all of them correct)
Reading - 700 or 600 (least possible)
If I don’t get 1400 or above I wil retake it.
ACT - Not Taken
SAT II - Going to take in October - Going to take Literature, Physics, Math 1. I am doing very well in the practice tests.
GPA - UW - 3.9/4.0
My high school does not offer any AP classes. But planning to take them after I move to USA this month.
Extra curricular-
Nothing. My school does not offer any competitions or any clubs.
I self learned some programming languages. As of now I have learnt C++, Python, Ruby, Java. I am developing a game right now. Tough I don’t think I can launch it before the admissions deadline
I volunteered at the animal rescue center: Blue Cross during the summer vacations. I spent almost 6 or 7 hrs per week
Recommendation Letters - I think I can get 4 very good letters (My teachers really like me) I know I don’t need so many letters. NYU needs only 1 teacher recommendation letter. I can get 1 Math, 1 Physics, 1 English, 1 Hindi
I think the positive points would be GPA, SAT, Recommendation Letters, and the Essay (I am really good at writing essays)
Negative points would be - No AP classes, Extra curriculars
