Chance me (on getting a teacher's job)

hi
i want to become a math teacher, but i am under academic probation and have doing rather poorly because of various personal problems. i tried going to counseling, but the services provided in my school only made me feel worse instead of helping me.
i tried to take some time off, resulting in W's in all my classes. and my gpa is well under 2.0
i really want to be a teacher, and i did try really hard on my classes, but i missed my last final for one of my online classes (got the dates mixed up) and now i am just freaking out.
i do want to get a job, but i just don't know what i can do with these bad grades.
i changed majors a little late, so i am already in my 5th year of college. i would rather not have to re-start from the beginning again.
please help!

ps: i am taking my situation very seriously, i know i messed up. i just really need advice that will help me but be realistic at the same time. i am trying my best here, i want to do better. i want to be a teacher and have a family in the future. i need to know what can i do at this point though. if you guys know any place in CA where i could get a job with my demographics (i go to a cal state). anything but snide comments will help!!

thank you

update: i have a chance at re-doing the final and actually raise my gpa to close to 2 by the end of this semester, but i am trying to graduate next semester.
if i do take cc classes after i graduate, will they count for my overall gpa? what should i do to maximize my chances? thank you
