Chance me on good colleges that would accept? (Haven't looked into colleges yet)

(I'm going to be a junior this year and haven't took the ACT/SAT's yet so I know this might be a bit too early)

Ethnicity: Hispanic

10th grade:
English- A (92)
Global- B+ (85)
Science- A (90)
Math- A (90)
Spanish- B+ (88)
Art (it's a major subject at my school)- A (96)

11th grade:
English honors- A (90)
Global- B+ (85)
Science- B (82)
Math- B+ (89)
Spanish (non-mandatory)- B (83)
Art- (95)

This coming year (12th grade), ill be taking 2 AP's (AP US, AP English) and Spanish 5, which is non-mandatory

Extracurriculars:
- Church/community service- 6 years
- Arts Program outside of school- 1 year
- Interned at a fashion company- 2 months (this summer)
- Took 3 clubs in Sophmore year (but barely showed up)

I don't know if this helps much, but I go to a specialized high school, meaning it's one of the top public high schools in the state (LaGuardia High School)

I haven't started to look into colleges yet, so I honestly have no idea what colleges I want to apply to. I don't know what my chances are to great colleges like NYU, all I know is that I shouldn't apply to Brown with these grades.
A piece of advice for which good colleges (or even UCs) would accept this resume? (Welcome to go out of state too) And also a good target SAT score?

It would help me so much in my applications, thank you so much!

2100 and upwards for NYU and UCs. We cannot chance you until you have test scores.

You need to improve your extracurriculars for schools in a similar tier to NYU and the UCs. Your GPA might hurt you as well.

You can still get into a very good college though if you get good test scores. It helps that you’re Hispanic, though
