Culture/Fit
I believe that I have a great story to tell given that I’m only 22 now. Came from one of the best public high school here in New York, however I hangout with the wrong people. During my Sophomore year at Baruch College, I accidentally did a stock pitch competition hosted by Credit Suisse and won. This was my turning point in life, it was the first time I was exposed to investment banking. Through the competition I got the chance to interview with the bank and met with the managing director, even though I didn’t get anything solid out of it.But, I met a lot of great people which inspired me to work to my full potential. I transfer to Pace University one year later, and worked full time while doing full time school. Through my networking, I was finally given a chance to intern at Morgan Stanley or Evercore. I will wake up at 4:30 A.M. every morning to prep for school and investment banking interview questions. Work from 8:00 A.M. - 5:00P.M and then go straight to school from 6:00P.M. - 9:00P.M.
Questions:
What else can I do to boost my chance?
What’s my chance of landing a interview or getting accepted?
