<p>I'm thinking about applying to some reaches in addition to an in state school I know I'll be able to get into. </p>

<p>Thinking about:
Connecticut College
College of the Holy Cross
Pitzer College
Franklin & Marshall College</p>

<p>UW GPA: 3.771 (Will most likely be around 3.75 at graduation)
W GPA: ~3.9</p>

<p>1 honors class sophomore year
3 AP Classes this year
2 AP classes and 1 honors class Senior year</p>

<p>I would be applying test optional to all of these. For F & M, they have a thing where they have you submit two writing assignments. On an ACT composite scale I'd rate my writing at about 28, if that helps.</p>

<p>Extracurriculars:</p>

<p>Robotics team: 2 years. Will be 3 after senior year, 2 of which will be as head of finance.
Varsity hockey: 1 year. Had to stop after knee injury</p>

<p>Awards/recognition:
Lettered in academics my Freshman year
Recently qualified to go to States in the "Econ Challenge" for our AP Economics class</p>

<p>Holy Cross has good combination of academics and athletics. HC also has good financial aid-meets 100% of demonstrated financial need.</p>
