Thanks everyone!

Well I don’t know how competitive Transfers are into Northwestern, so I may be way off the mark - but to me it looks like you need to improve a bit on your GPA, write good essays & it may be too late but your ECs seem on the lesser side!!

Also aren’t SAT II scores necessary?? Cause if they are - then that 660 is going to hurt you a LOT!!

Anyway all the best!! :)

-Hopefully this acts as a bump & you get some better advice!- Haha!! :)

Northwestern acceptance is tricky.

All-in-all, they are definitely known to accept students who show a strong interest in the school and exhibit well-roundedness.

Since you are a transfer student, they will be looking into your college performance much more than your secondary performance.

a 3.5 would be good in the case that you are showing improvement.

Did you submit your essay? They really do appreciate a good essay. It’s the best way to separate yourself from the 10 thousand other applicants with a 3.5 gpa.

You should post your essay.

Do not post your essay! Show interest. Email your regional counselor. Your stats look solid. Will depend on how many transfers they accept.
