Chance me on these schools, please!

I'm graduating high school a year early, so I'll be done this May and intend to apply to college in the fall.
As of last semester, my cumulative gpa is: 3.38 uw and 3.63 weighted. It's gone up a little over the past year, and will likely be 3.4-3.45 after this semester.
My act is 29 (only took it once), but I'm taking it tomorrow (every junior in Illinois is required to take it, so the curve is supposed to be good.)
I have four years of english, three years of social studies, two years of spanish and two of italian, two years of science, three years of math (four including middle school) and four years of math, plus a few other credits. I plan to take two or three community college classes this summer to add to my credits, but not count as a transfer student.
I did two APs and got a 5 in psych. I have a few honors classes, but not many.
I'm the president of my school's amnesty international club and a board member for a soup kitchen program through key club. I also do once a week tutoring and occasional other activities through key club.
I have been dedicated to both of these clubs throughout high school and put a great deal of time into them.
I have a very solid art portfolio, and though I'm not applying for art, I think it could help me for some schools.
In addition to amnesty, I've been very involved with the organization invisible children and went to Uganda last summer.
Lastly, in my gap year, I plan to travel, intern for invisible children or similar organizations, and take some cc classes as well as art/cooking classes, etc.

I'm applying to:
Occidental (probably top choice)
Pitzer
University of Redlands
University of Washington
University of Vermont
Warren Wilson College
maybe some UC schools, though their financial situation is kind of a turn off.

Please chance me, and tell me what I could do to improve my chances.
