Chance me on transfer

I'm new on these boards (although I've been viewing forums occasionally since senior year in high school), so I'm not quite sure if this is the correct forum for me to post this type of question so I apologize in advance if this is the wrong thread.

Also I posted this in the UC transfer thread but people weren't responding so I didn't wanna bump the thread, I figured I should just repost it in a different area.

I'm currently at UC Irvine, thinking about transferring to a school that'll give me more money in California (although I doubt that'll happen since UCs are rising tuitions as we speak... and I need to get more money than just $400 for a "grant." what a ****ing joke. Oh, I'm out of state by the way), or go to a better UC since I'll be paying the same amount any way...

I'm applying to UCSD, UCLA, Berkeley, and USC.

ALSO! If anyone can refer me to a good private school that I may have a chance for, please let me know! I'm willing to apply to more schools since there's no way I'm going back home for school.

So basically my stats are:
Sophomore, transferring for Junior Year
GPA: 3.735
Major: Chemistry (Changed from chem to chemical engineering back to chem due to class conflicts...it's a long story)
EC: Bboys Anonymous (Break dance team/club), Hawaii Club, Japanese Club, maybe ACS next quarter
Awards: Dean's List for 2 quarters

I'm on time with all my classes in physics/chem/math, and I'll be finishing my 2nd writing class next quarter. I haven't taken many GEs, but I figured I can just do that later any way.
