<p>Upenn is my dream and i would love to apply to UPenn CAS ED and major in Economics. However, my SAT is low.... please chance me!!</p>

Doing the IB DIPLOMA with predicted grades of 40/42
GPA: 4.23/4.25 weighted in junior year... overall unweighted approximately 3.9/4</p>

<p>Your SAT is going to hold you back, especially since you’re Asian, heh. It’s unlikely you’ll get in with that SAT score, but the rest of your application looks nice, so it is possible.</p>
