Well just a couple more weeks to go! What do you all think of my stats for UNC OOS? This is my DREAM school and I'm very impatient to see what's going to happen!

I'm ranked number 2 in my class (small-ish private school). We don't offer honors classes, but I've taken the most challenging program offered at my school (all APs offered except one). We also don't really give out many awards, etc., and there are not as many clubs and such as you would find at a larger school.

ESSAYS/RECS: My essays are excellent. My recs should be as well :)

INTERNSHIPS: this summer, I had the amazing opportunity to work on capitol hill in a North Carolina congressman's office (who happens to be a UNC alum...helpful!) I'm really going to try and bring this experience out in my application.
This spring I will intern for NPR's "All Things Considered" as part of my senior thesis project.
