Class rank: Top 20% (My school is NUTS, the #1 class rank last year had a 4.86)
Grade trend: Nonexistent. 3.57 freshman year, 3.86 sophmore year, and either a 3.57 or 3.43 junior year.
SAT: 2020 (730 CR, 680 W, 610 M) Retaking next week, I didn't study at all for the 2020.</p>

<p>Extracurriculars: Black belt in taekwondo, raised and bred endangered cichlids (type of fish) and designed seminars for young people to understand ecosystems, 4 years of XC, 2 years of track. Published in the official journal of the American Cichlid association at age 13, received two awards for my article, including member of the year. </p>

<p>Internship: Docent of education at the national aquarium in Washington DC</p>

<p>Ok- I just retook the SAT and I’m about 90% sure I upped my SAT score to a 2200+. Are my odds a bit better now?</p>

<p>From the statistics that you have provided, I believe you have a high change of being admitted. However, UW seems to focus more on GPA than the SATS. But since you will be an OOS student, the U will definitely be more likely to accept you when looking at your application hollistically. Good luck!</p>
