Hi, I’m OOS and know my chances are already not high because of that. I’m anticipating a rejection, but curious as to what others would say. I applied about a week before the deadline so I don’t expect to hear anytime soon either.

Where do you feel like you rank? UT will use your school’s past applicants information and school profile to make a pseudo-rank to use. OOS is very tough to get into, but luckily RTF is an easier major to get into.

I’d say it’s a low reach if you think you’re in the top 10% of your class.

Probably more towards 20%, but no one from my school has applied since 2013. Only three people have applied since 2010 so they probably don’t have too much information on my school.
