<p>Okay so I live in California and really want to got to Penn State University Park!
I have already submitted my application Nov 30 for 2013 and wanted to know my chances of getting in, and when I would receive the notice</p>

<p>I applied for Biochemistry </p>

<p>top 33% class</p>

<p>I have a 3.2 Gpa weighted with 2AP's and 2 Honors taken junior year and currently enrolled in 2 AP's and two honors this year, 2.9 unweighted, I know I don have the best gpa but i have had a difficult schedule taking AP Chemistry, AP Us Hist.,AP govt, A Spanish plus my honors classes and attend a good and well known public school</p>

Reading-500
Math-590
Writing-630</p>

<p>I am hispanic</p>

<p>Since my junior year and continuing senior year i have worked 25-30 hours a week to support my family and included it with a detailed explanation in my application
I believe I wrote a great personal statement and was wondering whether my work schedule,personal statement, rigorous courses, gpa, and sat would be enough to be admitted to Penn sate</p>

<p>please give me your honest opinion thankyou!</p>

<p>It is a reach, your GPA is rather low. Other then that you are fine, SAT is okay and you are an URM.</p>
