Chance me penn state university park

Hi what are my chances for getting into Penn State University Park. I am planning to apply before November 1st, 2018 for early action.
Weighted GPA: 4.5
SAT: 1120 (studying to retake the SAT and receive a higher score in October)
Class Rank: Top 10% of class
Extracurriculars: volunteer work, national honor society, math league, robotics club, Japanese club, poetry club
I am willing to do the summer session and/or DUS if necessary

If not DUS what major would you apply for?
A higher SAT and checking summer would certainly help but what major you choose will matter too.
In addition:
Have you taken math through precalculus or calculus? 4 years of. Foreign language? All three from bio, chem, physics?
If you add together LL honors and ap/de/un classes taken through senior year, what number of you get?
Are you applying to Schreyer? Xonsidering Paterno Fellows?

I’m unsure of what major I want to get into. Maybe a less competitive major such as something in liberal arts. I’ve taken 4 years of math including algebra 1, geometry, algebra 2, and pre-calculus. 2 years of German and 2 years of Italian. I’ve taken Bio, Chem, and Physics. Majority of my classes were honors or AP and I’ve received mostly As all 4 years of high school with a few Bs. My gpa was calculated by my school counselor so that’s how I came to that number. I’m not planning on applying to Schreyer or Paterno Fellows.

If you apply for Liberal Arts with an option of summer session, Penn State should be a safety. You’ve had a solid curriculum and excellent grades so give a look at the Schreyer essays - they’ll be read by professors so if you can write good papers and/or debate you should be fine. Schreyer makes a HUGE difference in your experience. It’s like all the best bits without the bad ones (well obviously, you’ll feel homesick, you’ll get grades you’re disappointed with, but that’s college everywhere). And Schreyer is one of the only ways of getting a scholarship.
If you don’t get into Schreyer, Paterno Fellows you to have a pretty good experience, especially wrt Freshman classes.
