<p>Thought I'd ask you guys, seen lot of good responses on other posts. Debating whether to ED to CMU or Cornell as I love both

<p>Extracurriculars: Varsity Debate, Varsity MUN, Harvard Model Congress, Ive done service in india at a charity for disabled persons for around 4-5 weeks (2 or 3 weeks the past 2 summers), I volunteer at a school for the blind (officer of the club), And fund raise to support Orphanages in Indonesia. I have been involved in student council in the past and am part of my school's Peer Support</p>

<p>I am also listed as a semifinalist for NMSQT, am part of NHS and several other honor societies at my school</p>

<p>I cant read my recs, but ill assume there great :P</p>

<p>What is your rank (your GPA is on the low side for a lot of those schools)?</p>

<p>I’m in the top 10% or so of my grade in terms of GPA, and in terms of difficulty of the course I am at the top</p>

<p>Lots of “reach-for-anyone” schools… most of which look for vals/sals. Get yourself a true safety…</p>
