So..what are my chances to go to a good univ.? Which univs can I aim for?

I find it strange that you have engineered multiple chance threads, some of which contain about 6 SATII scores as well as a 2200+ SAT score, and others which don't.... curiouser and curiouser.

I am sorry to say that the Ivies will probably not consider your application very strong based on the evidence you have provided.

But, the good news is that it's early. If you maintain your 4.0 GPA and get stellar SAT scores, you should be more competitive.

I am from a foreign country as well, and I find that foreign students have strange notions about school in the US. They all want to go to Ivies. However, there are many EXCELLENT schools in the US that aren't Ivy League. For example, Duke, Emory, UMichigan, UC-Berkley, and the like. If I were you, I would seriously consider schools outside the Ivy League. It's likely you will get the same level of education (or better, i.e. Stanford, UChicago) without going through such a rigorous application process.
