Chance me please, am I screwed?

Hey guys, I'm going to be a senior by the time school starts this fall. I go to a very competitive school where everyone gets A's. Sadly, I am not like everyone in my school. I completely butchered my GPA freshmen year which i got a 74ish average. Then I tried my hardest and got a 83 during my sophomore year and finally a 90.5 average by the end of my junior year. I took the SAT and got a 1910 which is pretty low, but I will retake it and hopefully break 2000.

My SAT - 560 V, 760 M, 590 W i got a 10 on the essay

Below is a list of schools I might apply for

High reach -
university of Michigan
Georgia Tech
university of Maryland?

Reach?
Penn State
Rutger
syracuse
RIT
Purdue
UC davis?

Match
Stony Brook - this is like a safety school for me because they really do accept just anyone in our school
baruch?

Majors interested in - engineering or business

I'm open to any suggestions and if you know any schools that suits me please tell me so, and I give you all my biggest thanks!

what is ur GPA- if u have a 3.5 or above then that is competitive for GT.
Have u taken any AP’s and how many more are u taking. Your math score is solid, just the way GT likes it, and i am assuming you are a girl, which gives u a much higher chance at GT. Are u in GA because that will help and what are ur EC’s

What state are you in? I’m assuming New York because you say a lot of people get in to Stony Brook from your school. If that’s the case, depending on your GPA (which at least shows an upward trend) you have a shot at most/all of the SUNYs. Also, that would mean you are an out of state applicant for UC Davis, so UC Davis would then definitely be a reach.

If you raise your SAT you should have a shot at Penn State, possibly Rutgers.
