your Stats look really good. HOWEVER, that 600cr is really gonna hurt your application.

I've been taking many practice tests, and I usually get 800 math, 730 writing and 720 cr. I am hoping I don't get below a 700 on the cr on my real SAT test : ) thx for the input.

You don't need financial aid, right?

Stanford: Very Unlikely
U Penn: Unlikely
Harvard: Very Unlikely/ REJECT
MIT: REJECT
Wash. U. St. Louis: Maybe
Johns Hopkins: Maybe/ Unlikely
UC-Berkeley: Maybe/ Likely
UCLA: Likely
UM-Ann Arbor: Likely
UW-Madison: In
UC-San Diego: In

Thanks for the input.
Then would I have a better chance by applying to Upenn ED?

yes applying ED to upenn significantly increases your chances:
28% accepted ED vs. 11% RD....if you were to apply RD to penn i would say waitlist/reject...but early may give you the boost you need...

Wow, I didn't know there was so much difference.

Those statistics are misleading. Usually the most qualified apply ED, although apply ED does give a very small boost, it is not that great. When you apply ED, you're going against the cream of the crop, who all really want to go to UPenn.
