I would imagine that you will get into all of them under TAG agreements, except USC and UCB. I would say those two are a long shot.

the problem is i don’t have TAG. do i still have a good shot for UCSD/UCD?

and what’s about UCB? any hope?

Why won’t you be able to do TAG? Are you transferring from another UC or a CSU?

UCLA/ UCB is a long shot imo… gpa is low for that major.

You should definitely do TAG for UCSD and the rest.

i cant complete english composition course by fall 2009 so, i dont meet TAG requirement.

Those two C’s in Statistics and Calculus are going to jump out at USC, UCB, and UCLA.

i got those two ‘C’ because i screwed up on the finals. i had a lot of workload last semester, i took like around >50 semester units(uc+non uc courses) during spring.

if i claim this excusation in my personal statement, does it make sense?

and what’s about my chance for UCSD?

I don’t want to be overly blunt, so stop me if I’m being so, but no one told you to take that many units in one semester. As a seemingly rational individual, you should know that taking that many units comes with the risk that you could compromise your grades. Obviously that risk is very real, and if I were an admissions counselor that read your excuse, I would not be able to help asking why in the world you would take so many units in one semester?

Even if your response would be “I wanted to transfer in one year” or something like that, you still don’t have a valid excuse. :/

PS. Your chances at UCSD are pretty decent if you maintain that GPA at around 3.5.
