So what are my chances of getting in Berkeley? Georgia Tech? UT? Any other suggestions?

Good chance for UT engineering as you are auto-admit into UT, but you need to get accepted into Cockrell so try to get a strong math score on ACT/SAT.

Others are Reaches because of your GPA and SAT. Berkeley is very expensive for OOS.

I would look at other STEM-intensive colleges with low female enrollment. Being a woman and a URM interested in STEM, with an interesting background, good GPA, and solid (if unspectacular) test scores, should give you a shot at RPI, RIT, WPI, Stevens, and even Purdue, Drexel, and Northeastern. Your chances probably aren’t great at the tippy-top schools like MIT or CalTech, but many others are worth a try, and I think you would probably qualify for a decent merit scholarship at most. As I said, start researching, and go for the ones that need more women. You might even have a chance at Harvey Mudd.
