I think your SAT score leaves you at the brink of vulnerability. However, depending on your essays and recommendations, a lot of benefits can be brought. Your background, involvements, and sense of community responsibility definitely make you desirable and fitting for these universities, although you must ensure these take the center stage on your application. I would also suggest retesting if possible! And that GPA does look weird
