<p>As you know put around half of the top 25 ChemE schools on the list. They would be very quite competitive although not as much as CalTech, MIT, Stanford, etc that are not on your list. Your scores should be fine for applying half of the schools on the list if for local students particularly for in state. UCB. UMich, and Cornell engineering would be reach with SAT 2070 even for local students. For international, it would be rather difficult perhaps except Texas A&M.</p>
