I attended the Columbia summer program over the summer and have two great recommendations from actual Columbia professors.
Great teacher and counselor recommendations.
I have completed my own original science project and plan on sending that to Columbia as a supplement.

<p>I honestly think you have an incredible chance! However, Columbia is famous for having unpredictable admissions, so if you don’t get in it certainly is not because you are under-qualified. Now, I want to be honest with you. A competitive school like Columbia will not really consider the face that you got a 750 on math I. If it was math II, it would be a different story. You need to take a different subject test. Correct me if I am wrong, but after talking to admissions officers from Stanford, Columbia, Yale, and NYU, Math II is not going to cut it. Your regular SAT score is fine, but I definitely think that you should retake it (which you are already going to do). Best of luck to you! I think that you have a great chance!
