<p>I would really appreciate anyones input on my chances... I am unsure of what to expect in March and this would help me.</p>

<h1>2: writing about a tutoring experience for NHS. For the past 3 months i have been tutoring two spanish-speaking exchange students that do not speak english. i helped them prepare for the mathematics portion of the california high school exit exam (spanish is not my native language, but i was able to use the spanish i have been learning during the past four years to successfully communicate with them, teach them what they needed to know)</h1>

<p>How interesting…You are applying to almost every school i am applying to and your majors are like mine!!! Well did you receive letters from UCs about something called “ELC”? Cause if you did, UCI and UCD will let you in automatically!!</p>

i got the letters for being at least in top 12.5, but i wasnt in the top 4 percent… my counselor said somewhere between 5-10%…

<p>I think you have a good chance at all the UC’s. They are very number based and you fit right in where you need to. For cornell, I have no idea. I think you will definitely be competitive and it will probably come down to your essays.</p>

<p>you have a great chance to get into any of the uc’s leontejwani, good luck how hours of community service hours do you have, I have 300 plus didn’t know if it was enough</p>

<p>the ELC thing is really pick I was in the top 4 percent and it didn’t pick me but its ok</p>

<p>does anybody how tough is to get into usc marshall, planning to major in bussiness admin and minor in international business, does being an immigrant help at all</p>

<p>for essays talk about a activity or talent that makes you stand out, being an indian should help,</p>
