<li>Units so far: 45; I'll have 62 completed by spring 2012. </li>
<li>Will finish remaining 1/3 of major's prereqs by spring</li>
<li>IGETC will be finished by winter</li>
<li>APs from HS: AP Lit/Comp (3)</li>
<li>French club ICC rep officer (last fall 2009), Honors Ambassador's ICC rep officer (spring 2010) & secretary (now), volunteered teaching art history/arts and crafts (hehe =D) at SGV Boy's and Girl's club (summer 2010), PTK member, am doing the CCCP for UCLA. </li>
<li>Essays: 8.5/10?? I don't know =/ ... </li>
<li>I had a rocky start in my first fall in CC from HS.. I got a W for a class and a C in stats (but the rest of my classes I had As).. =( <- will that affect me very much D= ? After realizing how poorly I did, I started pushing myself to work harder and since then, I've had a 4.0 in every semester <- does that help..

<p>You said you will only complete 1/3 of pre-reqs… I don’t know what the policies for Art History majors are, in regards to completion of pre-reqs, but that might be the only thing holding you back from being granted admission to UCLA. The rest of your stats are pretty awesome, and no, I don’t think the UCs will reject you solely for the C in your Statistics class; you might just not be a “math person.” You’re an Arts major, so math shouldn’t be weighted too highly.</p>

<p>Whoops, I didn’t read your post carefully! You are going to finish your pre-reqs, so forget everything I said about that! I think you won’t have a problem getting in. UCLA and Cal are always “reach schools,” but I’d say you have a good shot.</p>
