I am a little disappointed with my first semester. Throughout High school I was always lazy and had poor work ethic. I attempted to study more in college, but some of those old habits still broke through, and I was missing homeworks. I expect a better Spring semester work ethic wise.

I hope that the admissions staff with consider my course rigor and they will consider that I am taking the maximum course load allowed for a freshman.

Also, State will only take Engineering students who have Calc 3 finished, so I will have to finish that over the summer. Does anyone know if NC State will see my 2nd semester final grades before making a decision? I would rather they did, because I expect those grades to improve my 3.3 GPA.

Worth Applying? Should I wait till next year?
