Don’t know Drexel or Rutgers well enough. Georgetown and UWash are both near-certain rejections due to GPA unless you’re in-state for the latter.
You’re an URM female but Gtown not only has much higher GPA standards, but also higher ACT scores. Drexel and Rutgers are more manageable depending on if that 3.3 is weighted or unweighted. But these are all High matches to reaches.
i have very good contacts at georgetown and drexel and solid contacts at fordham and rutgers from reaching out. Do you think that will help at all?
Contacts? As in family who went to said universities? Or contacts as in faculty?
