I am a rising senior at one of the best public high schools in the nation (we were ranked 12 last year by US News and World Report). FSU is my absolute dream school, and I'd do anything to go there. I applied summer, and I applied early. Here are my stats:
3.57 Weighted GPA
25 ACT (I'm taking it again, that was my first time)
IB/Pre-IB classes every year since freshman year, and all of my classes have been stated as either Pre-IB, IB, Honors, or AP (except gym (which i took twice, two different gym classes) and drama.
7 AP classes over 4 years
AP Scholar Award
Multiple honor societies
I started my own club at my school that involved going to middle schools in the area and providing tutoring. I started it Junior year, and we're the only club that does this in my school.
In sophmore year I began rowing crew and made it to varsity, then I injured myself during junior year so I began coaching.

Do you guys think this is enough to make it in? Ive heard stories of people who've made it in with a lot worse and a lot better.

Hey, I’m kinda in the same boat as you. I’m also a Senior at an IB school and have taken extremely rigorous classes as well. From what I’ve heard the strength of IB will help you a lot if you have low test scores meaning that just because you have a 25 on your ACT does not mean you won’t get in. FSU’s middle ACT range is 25-29 so I would not worry too much about that. If I were you I would definitely worry about your GPA, have you had any D’s on your transcript, how many C’s? I’ve been a pretty steady A/B student my 4 years of high school and I’ve got a 4.8 GPA due to IB. I would say you’re really borderline due to the low GPA. I hope you manage to apply before the deadline which actually is today and make sure you’re applying for the summer term. Last year the IB acceptance rate was 92.9 percent to FSU from my high school and 76.8 to UF. IB really helps

I’ve had a couple C’s and one D, but its fairly typical in my school. I’m currently ranked 151 out of 314 people, so you can imagine what the school itself is like. I also took the class I got a D in over again on Florida Virtual School and earned an A (however my school does not calculate this into my GPA). The mid range of ACT scores last year was 24-28 for summer as well, so luckily thats not as bad as it could be. The GPA was 3.6-4.1, so I just missed that. If I don’t get in this window, I’ll definitely take the ACT again (this was my first time taking it, and I didn’t know my mom had signed me up until the morning of). And yes, I submitted my application about two weeks ago. What I’ve heard is that if the application people are on the fence about your grades, they’ll look to your EC, and I have a pretty solid foundation there. I’m sure you’ll get in a 4.8 is about as good as it gets

A D on your transcripts typically kills applications (either outright rejection or a deferral). The good news is that FSU likes IB students and may overlook that.
