Chance Me (PLEASE) Emma Willard, Andover, and others?

<p>I am applying for grade 9 at Emma Willard, Andover, Choate, and Taft. I currently go to a public school. My 1st choice is Emma Willard. </p>

<p>EC's
Student Government (I have been doing it for 3 years I am VP at my school and I have done a residential summer camp at Maryland Leadership Workshops)
Horseback Riding (3 years and I do horse shows. I work at my stable 6 hours each week for an extra lesson.)
Basketball (2 years)
Softball (5 years. Captain of my team and first baseman)
Volunteer Work (only a little bit though I'm applying to be in a Young Heros program which is community service work and leadership workshops every saturday for about 6 hours)
Creative Writing (I've won a few awards for poetry and short stories)</p>

<p>Grades
I am in a rigorous Humanities and Communications program at my school and my grades are OK. I usually get a B or 2, though last year my final grade was straight A's (with exams put into it). Right now i have straight A's. 5 A+'s (4 are 100%'s), one A, one A-</p>

<p>SSAT's
Taking it in 1 week but on my last practice test (in the SSAT booklet) I got:
95th percentile Verbal
98th percentile Quantitative
97th percentile Reading Comprehension
so that's like 97th percentile total</p>

<p>Essay's
They were OK to good. The writing wasn't perfect but it did show my character well. </p>

<p>Recommendations
I suspect: 1 amazing one, 1 great one, 1 okay/good one</p>

<p>Did you convince your parents to let you go? I wanna go to emma willard so bad :(</p>
