PLEASE CHANCE ME AND BE BRUTALLY HONEST!!!

your SAT I are pretty good for ucsd . i was admitted this year for computer science major and your SAT I and II’s blow me out of the water . Your EC are good. The only thing is that your unweighted GPA is kinda low x\ do well for the first semester of senior year grades and hope for the best xD good luck !!

it is going to be a reach. your gpa is on the low side. classes taken in the first semester senior year dont count in the gpa also. if you are taking community college classes right now, be sure to get an A to boost up your gpa. otherwise, there is nothing to raise your gpa. SAT I’s are fine, but sat ii’s are a bit on the low side also

also is that your fully weighted or uc weighted gpa?
a jump of .5 from unweighted to uc weighted seems a bit high

Your gpa is definitely on the low side, I say UCSD is a pretty high reach for you

I had similar SAT scores (even a bit higher SAT II scores), and I think I barely got in, but my gpa was higher than yours

Unfortunately in the UC system, SAT scores don’t bear TOO much weight at all (I haven’t looked at the point system UCSD retains when they look at an individual’s application, this is just from personal observation regarding other UC’s as well), GPA is definitely stressed a lot more in the application process
