Reaches: Barnard
Out-of-Reaches: Brown
I also want to apply to Georgetown, but I'm not sure if I should consider it a reach or out-of-reach. </p>

<p>SAT I: 2250 (1st time-will take again in May)
SAT II: 750 Chem, 800 Bio
AP Scores: AP Gov-5</p>

<p>Freshman Year GPA: 3.96 UW/4.48 W (took everything honors except PE and band, obviously)
Sophomore Year GPA: 4.0 UW/4.86 W (highest possible)
Junior Year GPA 1st semester: 3.86 UW/4.86 W (stupid physics...)</p>

<p>Current Courseload: AP Lang, AP Calc AB, AP Chem, AP Programming, Honors Physics, Honors World</p>

<p>Volunteer Activities: Volunteer at local library since summer before 9th grade, prepare meals for the homeless shelter</p>

<p>ECs:
-Creative Writing Club (co-president)
-Chemistry Club
-DNAcademy (secretary)
-We Help Out Animals (treasurer)
-FISH (co-founder and co-president)

-Mu Alpha Theta (MHS) (junior officer)

<p>Other: Summer intern at Dept of Defense lab (will go back this summer), current intern at an indian dance academy</p>

<p>Awards: National Merit Commended Scholar, National History Day nominee (I advanced to the county competition but didn't make it to state), County Service Award, County Merit Award, County Science Fair (I've entered and my summer research teacher said my project is great, but the science fair hasn't been held yet)</p>

<p>Haha thanks, and yeah these things are definitely just confidence boosters/wreckers! Since you were a Natl. Merit Finalist I would say you have a chance at just about anywhere, you have an impressive resume for sure!</p>
