I know it's long! I'm sorry! Just trying to get accurate feedback. Thanks! I swear I will chance back!

You’re in A LOT of activities… and having positions in all… which really doesn’t look as good as you may think. You have 10 slots for activities and 5 for awards. Narrow it down to 10 activities and 5 awards. Include years of involvement and time spent on each…

If you do end up getting a 2200 on SAT, I would say
Match/slightly reach for UCB, NYU
Reach for Columbia and HYPS.
I would recommend retaking the SAT and try to get 2300+ for those

I do not know a lot concerning the Ivy League Universities and Colleges, however your high school resume is extremely impressive. Your Junior year is like Gold to any college. Whatever does happen, I would like to say congratulations on all of your achievements!

Let me start by saying that HYPS are always a reach for everyone. Your GPA, Course rigor and EC’s are great. Since you have not gotten your SAT or ACT test result back, I can’t give an accurate chance at Columbia. Definitely aim for over 2200 on SAT and 34+ on the ACT. SAT subject scores are on the low side. You should probably should take more subject test and aim for 750+. You should start working on your essays to make sure they are the best essays you have ever written. Essays can sometimes be the deal breaker. Get some good recommendation letters as well. I do think that you will be in a good shape to be competitive in Columbia. NYU should be a match.

By the way, what classes are you taking in your senior year. You have to make your classes just as impressive as your 6 AP junior year classes.

Nmctmom is right, but you should know that it’s more like OVER 2200 and 33+ (not 34+…)
