Chance me please for engineering

I’m interested in civil and environmental engineering but i feel like my stats are too low to be accepted but here they are

Female, African American, First Gen College Student, Income >20,000
GPA: 3.0 or 85.3 UW (My grades suck bc of my family responsibilities and my parents divorce)
ACT: 26 but im retaking and prob will score 28-31
My school doesn’t rank
All of my classes taken are honors except 2 math classes (Geometry and Algebra 2/Trig)

Senior Course Load:
AP Environmental Science
English IV
Expressive Imaging (College Level)
CAD for Interiors (College Level)
Psychology
Product Design (College Level)
Art & Architecture
Engineering Technology
Math Analysis (Pre-calculus)

I go to a technical high school and my concentration is Design (All design classes count as college credits too)
I have 2 years of experience with CAD and am certified (idk if this will help my app)
My school is ranked in the top 10 in NJ and top 50 in the nation

I got B’s in all my science classes (Bio, chem & physics)
I got a C in math freshman year but significantly improved to 88, 89 and currently a 96 in Math analysis
I’m getting recommendations from my Algebra 2 or Math analysis teacher as well as my physics teacher
